@ BriskTI guess this is what you're asking but just click on the number of votes a comment has (+5, -10, etc.) and it will show you the up-votes and down-votes (+8/-3, +5/-15, etc.)

(1) Assuming it's a prank since anyone can make this in Photoshop (or PayPal a guy in India $5 to do it) and I don't see hard evidence to the contrary. Taking an existing Photoshopped image and adding some filters to make it look like a photograph of a TV screen isn't very convincing either.(2) All networks have a lot of hard-working interns putting together images like that in split seconds under tremendous pressure, and mistakes do get made. Fox News just gets a disproportionate number of the blame on the lulz sites where kids brainwashed by socialist government bureaucrats in government schools are upset that it wants to take away their Welfare checks and make them pull their economic weight at the fair (market-determined) wage.
