There have long been rumours that Walt Disney had met Hitler. A quick search on the web at least confirms that Leni Riefenstahl met Disney in 1938 - could she have given him the designs for the dwarfs and Pinocchio as drawn by Hitler?
And you'd be wrong. That book tells the views, motivation and outlook of a man who was the principle player in the bloodiest conflict in world history. Sorry you don't find that important. And it was not poorly written. Perhaps a bit tedious in the same manner as many older books are but hardly poorly written.
More than they'd get if they were lazy asses and didn't work at all. This was before 'progressives' really started to screw over our country and reward unproductive by giving people the wages of those who work.
So Hitler was like people with DeviantArt account, copying art from his favorite shows and movies. Makes perfect sense, probably was the first furry too.

http://www.cyranos.ch/animat-e.htm A diary mark of Goebbels makes Hitler's enthusiasm clear: “I have given twelve Mickey-Mouse-movies as a present for the Führer at Christmas! He is being pleased about it. He is absolute happy about this treasure". (20.12.1937).
