There was a woman who had a bobby-pin fly up her nostril (had to be surgically removed) and a guy who brought his nail-clippers into the room in his hand (the technologist said to empty his pocket, which he did... the clippers were in his hand!) but the clipper got pulled free and put out his eye. This is an area where size may make things worse, but small objects can still be very dangerous!
