nytimes.com— Some senior Democrats plan to remain neutral for now in the presidential race in part to keep open the option to broker a peaceful resolution to a tight contest.

What appears to be going on in the political process is the option for a "third party collective" to decide who will be the candidate for the Democratic Party. Let us hope that the right for voters to decide is not cast aside as it was in the previous presidential election.
There are a lot of others that are planning to either write in the candidate they wanted, whose name did not appear on their ballot. Many Kucinich and Gravel supporters expressed this intention. Numerous others have either decided, or are considering, voting for a third party candidate.
Ralph Nader's testing the field to see if it's worth attempting to run. He's been showing signs of interest, especially after Kucinich was no longer able to participate in televised debates. I'm seeing more and more promotion of Cynthia McKinney. I don't know if you're aware, she was George's 4th District US Congressional Rep., a Democrat, until the last mid-term election. The party left her twisting in the wind, so she left the party and is running for President on the Green Party ticket. I'd like to see her in the Senate, but its financial committee will make sure she never will, if they can. The Senate is so exclusive, like an Old Boy's club that went unisex.

You are sniffing glue if you think the Republicans have a chance after their 8 year disaster. The Democrats could nominate a dishrag and win.
