I made a few music albums, they are copywritten, but the RIAA and only protects certain copyrights and everyone knows thethe RIAA controls thecopyright police now, so you can bet if you are a small time artist with intellectual property that needs to be protected, youll get screwed b/c youre not 50 cent or britney spears still selling millions of albums,

Politicians suck. I know, not the most eloquent way to put it but it gets the point across. It'd be nice if they'd actually do something worthwhile and important instead of messing around with crap like this.
