Dell charges $50 for a tech support call to get rid of the spyware that is installed in the factory now. They must be getting some kickbacks for doing it. The story was on Digg here a little while back.
"Apple users want people to use OSX"I'm an Apple user, and I couldn't care less who uses it. I have my reasons for using a Mac and I have my reasons for not, but I don't think Apple should open up OS X to the entire PC market. Maybe I am elitist, maybe I just like one stop for my puchases and support, but part of having an Apple is running it on Apple hardware. Its Windows PC users who need to get down from their high horse and assume Apple "fanboys," as most of the world puts it, need to accomodate to the Windows world. No thanks.
