Dell makes a great product. Customer service is so so... I believe google provides more help with technical issues than all companies combined. Don't buy a PC if you can't use google. Buy a Mac and let Steve Jobs walk you through your tech problems.
And yet, the outsourcing of support continues. I wish the rest of the business world would look at Dell and see what it has done to their reputation. Dell has become synonymous with unhelpful support techs with indecipherable accents. I've never owned a Dell, but those I know who have speak badly of their experience, especially the support.

Dell is still a clear winner over time. It is easy when you manipulate dates to fit the story http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=AAPL&t=my&l=on&z=m ...

Even though your Micheal Dell can beat My Steve Jobs in a fist fight, my Steve Jobs has a bigger wee wee than your Micheal Dell. Hmph!
