engadget.com — Dell is facing a lawsuit claiming that the company knowingly and willingly sold laptops to loyal buyers even though they were defective, and this time it's coming from our northerly neighbors. A group of Canadians who purchased toasty Dell lappies have slapped some legal action on Dell through the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

> nothing out there that even compares to dell complete care warranty.Because no one else is that bad! With the last batch of Dell desktops we bought, two were DOA. It took us 18 months with our guaranteed next day service to get them fixed. To the crooks at Dell, 18 months is the same as next day. It's understandable why they have such terrible employees. No decent or smart person would ever stay at such a dishonest place.

What winters? I live in montreal and we've had the warmest winter on record. today was the second day it snowed all winter. Screw heating laptops. Soon the world will be so hot, that all computers will need to be watercooled because air cooling will heat UP the processors!
