These idiot collectors were 21 and 17 years old. They dont know jack. I believe what you say about experienced collectors and I believe that the story has a different side. However, I know 21 and 17 year olds and I know mothers with 5 year old daughters. I cant concieve of a situation where she, her daughter, and one of the jackass collectors (on her hood) could end up at the police station and it is any way her fault.

One of the punks said she ran over his foot, so take that for what it is worth, secondly if someone reached into my car, especially if my child was in the car my first instinct would be to hit the gas, If his foot did indeed get run over then his foot never should have been there.And to suggest that she brought the abuse onto herself by not paying her bill is ridiculous. First she wasn't late by much time wise or dollar wise, no right thinking person would expect the car to be repossed that quick. Second no one, not a single person has the right to hit except in certain extreme circumstance, which this was not one of them.Most states have laws that do not allow repo men to take a car when someone is in it, and I believe Mass has such a law, so the repo men never should have attempted to take the car. They were wrong for the manner in which they tried to take the car, they were wrong with the tatics they used, and they were wrong for hitting her.Oh and your stupid remark about history, History is something to be learned and not repeated.
