guardian.co.uk — "Those gathered to see Medina in Lytle loved her. Young and old, men and women, Latino and white, listened with rapt attention as she outlined her agenda and asked them to back her in this week's first round of voting. If she can beat Hutchison into second place, she can secure a runoff against Perry."

Watch the almost instantaneous brain-drain from the rest of the U.S. when Debra gets elected, as all the creative and inventive people who yearn for freedom flee to Texas so that they can own their own property and the fruits of their labor. It'll be the greatest experiment in freedom since the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

@AndrewDB This is just another right wing circle jerk, it'll be buried soon.

@darathor: I didn't mean to imply your answer was stupid, but that Medina's answer was stupid, given your assumption that she had no idea was Beck was talking about.
richmomzMar 2, 2010
She said she "had questions" about what happened on 9/11 - 99% of the population would probably say the same, yet Beck equated this with being a "truther" which is absurd.

Lou Dobbs is married to a Hispanic woman but that didn't stop people from calling him racist either.

The problem with that is, or rather the fact we have to acknowledge is, if a female conservative candidate admitted she didn't know about it liberals would tear into her for it and call her clueless and uniformed in general, and it would spill over to issue's she may know about pretty well. Yeah she could of done a better job, but when your under a spot light in front of millions(and most likely she doesn't have a handler{very disturbing that they exist though} or a common sense adviser), I can't imagine how intense that must feel. I just hope it doesn't cost her too much. Because an honest candidate of the people is way better then another corporate shell.

What was it that Jefferson said??? And Glenn Beck espoused, later to prove his traitorous duplicity."Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear."Debra Medina is not some jelly-spined, principle-less politician that you appear to desire. You actually wanted a "PC" answer. Unbelievable! .. do you really trust everything that the government tells you? WoW!Research Joseph Goebbels / Austria
