Sad though it is to lose such great sites, I think the article is a tad over-dramatic. I mean, it's not like the lawyers have won or anything. Torrenting and file sharing are at an all-time high, as far as I know - and as good as the original napster was, there's no shortage of similar services around now. That said, RIP.

I would love this to happen:Due to MPAA, RIAA, and Sony abusing their powers, they have been indefinitely shut down. Lik-sang.com and most the other sites they have forced to shut down will soon be brought back to life.And then BitTorrent will rule the world! ahahahaha

Re: matttk I can fault them for suing over mod chips. Playing games you didn't pay for is illegal. Mod chips can be used for other things like playing import games or installing alternative OSs or playing you games from the hard disk, none of which are in any way wrong.
