Someone needs to put up a www.stopstopfairuse.info site that fairly uses excerpts from www.stopfairuse.info.First time I've heard of this guy... idiot or biggest idiot ever? I guess there could be two other options, assh**e or biggest assh**e ever. He could realize how idiotic everything that comes out of his mouth is and just like being the assh**e.

you're getting it wrong when you say "he's an attention whore." surely he is, but that's not the essence of his activities. he is a serial DMCA abuser, and violator of free speech. it is fallacious reasoning to gag yourself about the issue of free speech just to deny the bad guy publicity. in this case, he was establishing a precedent that could be copied by the lowliest anonymous partisan operative, for instance, to silence the voice of an opponent, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. the DMCA is that poorly written. look into the case before you stick your head in the sand.

I don't know about all this, guys.This person seems like an horrible human being, but still many seem to get a lot of entertainment from belittling his character.Napoleon I believe said something like "Every man has committed enough crimes to be hanged a hundred times."Now in the age of the Internet, if we have access to that much knowledge, we can know instantly of someone's else inconsistencies and lesser sides. But when that someone tries to obtain what he deems as his fair right, that knowledge of his past actions seems immaterial to me.Everyone that despises him is probably justified but still... I don't like that kind of Internet herd spirit, seems too much like a computerized form of "might makes right". It's scary to think that someone's character can be ruined for life just because of some Youtube video or some picture that can be spread to all the web servers of the world. Innocent lives are bound to be torn apart in dramatic manners.
