You must live in some alternate universe consumed by noobs who do not know any better or something. You know those TV/Movie copyright infringement people who leak s**t directly from the studio or from the airwaves? They almost exclusively are h264 and have been for a couple of years now. The exception is low end standard def stuff little to no one cares about any more.

First off, it's my firm opinion that any so-called web dev doing navigational elements in Flash should be fired. There's simply no justification for that and they're doing their employer a great disservice. I can't think of any effect you'd need for nav elements that can't be achieved in other ways.My feeling about Flash on mobile devices is the same way many feel about sites supporting IE 6.0. I wish all makers of mobile devices would band together and refuse to support Flash. We're seeing the emergence of a new platform and I'd love to see cruft like that left behind.

Then you need a periodic, AUDIBLE notification that you have missed a call, text, or E-mail. The most egregious omission from the iPhone is audible notification that you've missed a call. This means missing entire events sometimes, if someone calls you and you don't find out you have a voicemail until the next day. That's retarded.
