So lemme get this straight. Joe Lieberman, the guy who said that he wouldn't vote for cloture if the bill had a public option, claims that the POTUS is responsible for its death because the president "didn't pressure him".Wow, just... wow.
Seems to me Lieberman runs a close 2nd to the GOP as a whole in terms of obstacles to passing ANY reasonable semblance of Healthcare reform. Clearly his highest priorities are strictly personal gain with the interests of his country and his constituents running a distant second. Disgraceful and disgusting.
Lieberman RIGHTLY blames Obama - because Obama was instrumental in seeing that Liarman got elected to "ensure that "centrists" would still feel at home in the Democratic Party". PLEASE NEVER FORGET - the two are peas in a pod - that's why Obama endorsed Joe - the other closet Republican.
