daveslounge.com — "What we have here now is a model for a new music industry, one that respects the rights of artists and allows them to promote their music. Podcasting and digital music can work together to give unknown artists far more opportunities to promote and sell their art than ever before."

What is fantastic about this episode is not only do we get the great chillout, downtempo, trip-hop music that we've come to love from Dave's Lounge, but I also believe Dave hits the nail on the head when he talks about the promise of podcasting to independent music. We don't need no stickin' transmitters, and we sure don't need the RIAA!Long live independent music!

Well done Dave, great show as always, fell a little behind hence the delay but can still safely say, "I haven't missed an episode." In fact I still have every episode, and often put the player on shuffle and enjoy the 'rebroadcast'Keep it up, cheers from C Town South Africa
