news.windingroad.com — Spy shooters have captured some fresh new images of Lexus' LF-A supercar on Germany's legendary Nurburgring. The aggressively-styled mule looks for all the world like what Darth Vader from Star Wars would drive, but it might just include a hybrid variant from Toyota when it launches. In either case, a gas-only V-10 version with 500+ hp is assured.

I'm sure this will be an awesome car, but Ferrari baiting? I don't think so. Ferraris are literally works of art when it comes to styling. People who buy Ferrari's are in a totally different league than people who would buy this car.

Actually you're all wrong. Looks like they ripped off a design from one of the Burnout! Revenge.

"As someone who just drives to and from work..."That's extremely narrow minded - I bet you rack up a fair few miles "just driving to and from work", how far is your work? I bet you could cycle or take public transport. Cars like this tend not to be driven as much as your typical dull saloon car that racks up 12000 miles a year so on the whole probably don't use much more petrol than you.

Yep, Vader's car alright. The Lexus looks Supra-inspired. V-10, that should piss off the tree hugging eco-pansies. I'd like to see it in full race configuration. Forza 2 anyone?

Go hug a tree you greenpeace pussy. Oil shortage my ass. We need to drill in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Northeast Alaska. I bet there's a s**tload of oil there. Our problem isn't oil shortage. It's refining capacity and oil futures traders. That's what drives up crude prices. Sportscars are fun and exciting.
