@otakugeekyeah poor people are usually skinny. these people probably ended up in prison because they got desperate and did something stupid. also wtf. there's not that many fat people in cebu. people live off wat little pancit canton,sardines, ginamos and rice they have. it's hard to get fat off just eating that stuff. you're full of s**t. 8 years living there and you didn't notice all the shirtless people who clearly look like they need to eat more?gamay kag utok.....
