I agree with slothlovechunk. Any site that plays the priority card in reference to a web browser is just ridiculous. In this case, IE is by far the largest and most widely used web browser out there (duh, it comes with Windows). Granted, these numbers are changing as more people see there are other options out there, but the obvious thing to do as a webmaster is to ACCOMMODATE those users. Why try using outdated facts to sell users on IE to switch to Firefox? I use both but I now prefer to use IE on my main computer. Why? Because in Vista, I can open an IE window with virtually no lag or delay anytime I want thanks to the new prefetching features. If I attempt to run Firefox on the same computer it just takes longer. Now that IE and Firefox are both relatively similar in terms of their security (don't care about opinions here people, these are the facts) there is no real reason for me to prioritize one over the other.
