Hey, the facebook group has been delisted by the facebook police. I've started a new group, one that talks gives examples of DMCA abuse and doesn't target a specific individual (a violation of their agreement) here: <a class="user" href="http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2369891423">http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2369891423</a>

Isn't it copyright infringement when the underaged, fake I.D. carrying child copied the states license to make their own?

I thought it was a cool blog/idea until I read this one:<a class="user" href="http://rachelhyman.blogspot.com/2007/02/birth-certificate-1.html">http://rachelhyman.blogspot.com/2007/02/birth-certificate-1.html</a>Now I think she's a dizzy c__t, since she's posting legal documents for someone.

Well this doesn't affect me we drink here at 18, we go to uni then so why the hell not we also mostly drink before that and its generally waved to be honest well as long as you don't look ridiculously young. I have to say no matter what people say i dont really see alot of trouble from it around... other places bit different but still, its normally alright.

@dime:So she's a minor when attempting to purchase alcohol but an adult when it comes to taking responsibility for her own actions?

If I were caught drinking with a fake ID, I would be relieved if all the trouble I got was having the bartender make fun of me on her blog. Here in Ohio they are now charging people with fake IDs with felonious identity theft.

So, technically, this whole page (including this comment) is part of the quoted summary. Until here "

@3dom: As far as I remember... yes. Above 18 you are considered an adult but you can't buy alcohol until you are 21.

I don't know about other states, but in Minnesota a Military issued ID will allow you to get served, under 21, in bars.

Surprised they did a DMCA, thought those were expensive lawyer type things only celebrities use.
