The Soviet Union would have collapsed long ago if the US stopped giving it economic aid. The US was giving the USSR loans throughout the cold war.America´s greatest period of advancement was in the 19th century, when America had no income tax, and the sparsest regulations of any country in the world.America is facing total economic collapse now, due to the slow, long term drain, of socialism: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGpY2hw7ao8Socialism doesn´t work.
So as long as we employ our military against a group of people instead of a particularly named region or country then it is not considered intervention? What's the difference between going to war and "defending ourselves against terrorists"? We're still in Afghanistan aren't we?
clearly it is you who do not want to hear the truth.learn about Ron Paul to find out why it is about so much more than the man. don't learn about him from mainstream media, learn about him in his own words.
Another example of the misplaced fanaticism of Paul supporters. He's too far "out there" for the bulk of the nation to ever drink the Kool-Aide. And while his supporters gave millions, Candidate Paul squandered their support by walking out on interviews and left cash in the bank at the end of the campaign.
