Most diggers complain about blogs when the blog was linked with the purpose of stealing traffic for ad revenue, but then again those bloggers probably don't think traditional real-life-source-citing applies to blogs.I personally think it's not that bad to submit a blog as a link if two conditions are met: if it's not your blog... and/or if its a blog without ads...
