I used to get into mischief with these type of things.....we'd sit at a Wendy's or whatever next to the order speaker....(they were notorious for taking forever to take your order).......or we'd sit at the "first" menu and ask the people what they wanted and then tell them to pull around..........very entertaining to see there faces when then pull around and the guy at the window tells them they haven't placed an order yet. :p....good times.Unless you get an amplifier, they aren't really loud enough to hear when your driving.......only the cops get those. :(

thats exactly what im afraid of...and its exactly for that reason why i think the inventor of this idea needs to be shot in the face.i cant wait for it... everybody is going to customize their horn to say "f**k YOU!" or "GO!!!" or some retarded rap song. whats next?

WTF my bum neighbor had this on his bike when i was 5 yrs old back home (25 now). it may not be an mp3 but you can put which ever sound you want.i wanted to put one in our car but they said its not allowed here in canada. heck even those clear blue plate covers are not allowed.
