Totally agree. Poor americans.. they have to pay to get health care, or to get education, they are controlled by only a few media owned by a few people who own almost all, that isn't freedom of speech, that is speech of money. Viva Cuba!
i share you sentiments. they think they run this city, like it's owed to them after living under communist control. they commit insurance fraud regularly, mooch off food stamps/welfare/disability, mortgage fraud, etc etc. our real estate has suffered drastically. at one point, you were paying $380k for a 3/2 that looked like those typical hiahleah homes, it was all these corrupt appraisers/brokers/realtors, mainly from the cuban community. did you know Florida accounted for 70% mortgage fraud in all of the USA last year, and 90% of florida's fraud came from south florida? its these leeching bastards that reap the benefits of this country, come in with a clean slate credit history, buy vehicles and homes above their means, and have crooked brokers and realtors who create fake W2's and employment status. i've seen it done.
