Not just the NSA, but its likely that they have something more powerful. Of course you're right, its the most powerful published supercomputer in the world. To quote my computer security professor, "Who knows what's in the buildings the NSA has, it could be full of basketball courts for all we know."

Its the biggest computer pissing contest on the planet! I have actually built or help build 6 systems that were on the list and 2 in the top 10 back in the day. They were Dells. Now it seems that the 'Big Iron' systems are coming back into fashion again.
