lophtcrack (which i assume where this project got its name from) made it very easy to bruteforce all the passwords for any account. its just a shame symantec bought it and discontinued it.either way just dump your hashes to a txt file and use <a class="user" href="http://gdataonline.com/seekhash.php">http://gdataonline.com/seekhash.php</a> or if its not there try a bruteforce method.

I think the best method to recover windows password is using windows password recovery software.
