I have never owned a cell phone in my life. And i still dont. I manage fine.

I own a cell, but don't have service where I live or where I work.So, I guess I survive with/without a cell phone.

People survived in the past without a cell phone i think what needs to be noted here is that our way of life has changed and we need/expect to have one now
