Selecting 1776 kind of makes sense. Before I enter a war with the strongest country on earth, I like to have an exit strategy. A "what if" (if you will). What if - we WIN this war and DON'T get beheaded for treason? Should we have some sort of organization thought out?

Problem with this test is the fact that probably most given the test are given a booklet to study off of before hand (or even have it in front of them when taking the test). Probably very similar to how the DMV does it.
