blogs.riverfronttimes.com — The only reason I'm doing this is because I spilled something on about two grams of cocaine, and I had to replace it so I didn't get fired," the Missouri officer said after his arrest last week. Yeah, spilled something like your nose all over it.

I would take the evidence tampering charge over a drug charge any day of the week. The cop knows this too.

I love how this officer was willing to call into question the integrity of every piece of evidence in that repository rather than admit he was doing drugs.

It wasn't evidence "tampering" it was evidence "replacing".

Neither of them told on their brother. The dealer the one brother found turned out to be an informant, and both of the brothers got arrested.

if a cop wants to do a little coke when he's off duty I see no problem. END PROHIBITION AND STOP PROSECUTING NON VIOLENT CRIMINALS WHO DON'T HURT EITHER PEOPLE OR PROPERTY!!!

Dunno if you're ever gonna read this, but I guess I should have specified lock him up for a long time BECAUSE he was an officer. Personal coke usage is one thing. I hate it; I've known big corporate bosses to do it, as well as best friends that do it but can't do anything about it so whatever. A cop using coke at all, totally different story. You wanna do coke? Don't be a f**king cop. There's too many questions that come up in my head about what could have gone down because this cop had been doing coke.
