s3help.com — This is a computer put together by students in my info tech class that is submerged in mineral oil for cooling. Through research they determined that using vegetable oil would actually degrade plastic over time. Just a couple of pictures along with two other mods.

And you do this for...what? An extra 5 fps on Half-life 2? Now, if you overclock these things to get at least TWICE the performance you would when running on air-cooling alone, then yeah we'd have something to talk about...otherwise don't waste my time with this crap. But if you're doing it cause it's kinda cool looking...then by all means, carry on!

It wasn't done for overclocking - they just wanted to see if it would work and try to make something cool looking. Very messy though! Once mineral oil gets on something I think it stays greasy forever! I put them in groups and they design whatever mod they want and then build them as a final class project. I've got some others I need to post, but just haven't yet.
