I don't think LSD would help in this case. When you view static images similar to this on on LSD you see all kinds of depth and colour illusions, but it's hard to focus on moving images like this - especially moving so fast. I would guess that you would hallucinate LESS by viewing this on LSD.

not to downplay any possible jokes, but if you were serious about the effect continuing, look into Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder, or HPPD. The way this works is that the motion detectors in your brain get accustomed to the motion pattern that you see and when you look away, the motion detectors are still running their gears. If you look at one of those spinning spiral things and look away, it gets you pretty messed up, too. I love these things.

Cool, I love things like this. Someone figured out how eyes work and manipulate them in unexpected ways.. sort of hacking your eyes :)
