if you're running XBMC then you are indeed violating a copyright. XBMC must be compiled using the XDK. let me guess, XBMC is used to play divx and xvid movies you downloaded illegally?
If people didn't pirate games, I think modding wouldn't be a problem. But thats what 99% of the folks are doing. I know a bunch of people with hacked 360s, and every single one of them has pirated games. To those of you with modded boxes that don't pirate, I commend you.
