When the rest of the world is finding ways to reduce cost, these idiots are spending more. There should be a mandated cost reduction of 25%, starting with T&E expenses.

"A Bloomberg poll released last week found voters consider the deficit the third-most important issue facing the country..."I guess that means they'll have to spend more money on educating people why their spending is a good thing.

That is a good observation. Is $1 trillion well spent for 11k jobs.Seems not. I'm quite sure just looking at the T&E spending alone would realise hundreds of millions if not more in savings. Waste management.

I just found out I wont be getting a cost of living (3%) raise this year.Good thing those government agencies were out-preforming the private sector.

Please cite the source for those of hundreds of thousands of jobs. It may actually be true. The point was waste though, but I would be interested in the new jobs created by a $1 trillion investment.
