today.reuters.com — OK? You mean it takes an "expert" attorney to tell Congress that it has the power to halt the Iraq Conflict? If Congress would have read the Constitution, which they took an oath to uphold, they would've known they had the power to keep it from starting in the beginning! But the War Powers Act took care of that, didn't it?

Congress can halt the war by not funding it. The weak spine Democrats, however, will not do that. You know it and I know it. They will talk allot but never act. Congratulations on having elected the weakest bunch of political cowards who are unwilling to stand up for what they "believe."
