Florida judge Dava Tunis recommended permanent disbarment for the attention seeking lawyer on September 25th, a change reflected on the Florida Bar's official web site, which notes that he is "not eligible to practice in Florida."

Bogus, Fraud on part of those that 'think' they've disbarred him. Those criminals in the courthouse are headed for trouble. Too many rules were broken, so don't party too hard yet.

He has to pass the bar exam for that state I think. Even then the State Bar can still tell him to f**k off. Thompson can look forward to a career as a Paralegal. ANYBODY can pretty much be a Paralegal.
