"Hate to say this, but google is not going to hire any NC locals (Esp in rural Lenoir, NC). They bring in their own from elsewhere. Also the interview process with google can take 6 months or more, and there is a long wait..."I can tell you from first-hand experience this is completely untrue.

I live 10 miles away from where this is being built, the factory shut down was a pillowtex mill, the people that worked in that factory do not have the education to work for Google.It is a very Poor Town and very uneducated.
