fora.tv — Rice: "I think the debate about [torture] is appropriate and I don't have any problem debating it... But I think it's important to do this, in a context of remembering the times and giving people the benefit of the doubt, that this was people of good will... who had the hardest possible dilemma's and choices before them"

I agree with you Waiting... and I now see what you're doing. We, the American people, need to be held accountable for this disaster.

OldHick - I am glad you do. As you know I have no love for partisan politics that takes precedent over the welfare of Americans. Sadly this puts me at odd's with both those snowed by the left, equally as those snowed by the right. Yet both seem to think the other side is the one controlled by hypocrisy and propaganda.. Just looking at this one thread, you can tell there is a concerted effort to bury anyone that points out the illusion of the two party system. I have just about given up with Americans, who I thought after Bush wouldn't fall for the same crap - but it turns out all that was required was someone who physically looked different with better speaking skills to snow them yet again.

Colin Powell, Cunnilingus Rice. Cunnilingus Rice sounds like a Mexican dish. Maybe we should put her on a plate and send her to Mexico so the Mexicans'll eat her!

"hard decisions" ?What's hard about it? America doesn't torture, it's an easy decision....and if you can't tell that waterboarding isn't torture then you shouldn't be in the position to make decisions about it.
