The jewelry clerk, or anyone else with half a brain, would have known what a memo entitled, "Bin Laden Determined to Attack U.S", meant. The same person also wouldn't have blown off the head of the CIA and a national security adviser who were desperately trying to get a meeting to warn of an imminent attack, i.e., 9-11.
