AllofMP3 fanbois are dellusional. they only use it out of a false sense of morality.Artists still aren't getting paid. So just P2P it.

I don't question Allofmp3's legality because I don't care. Everybody is either saying "you can use it because of this loophole" or "no you can't it's illegal". I'm going to use it regardless because I don't need a loophole to justify my actions; I really love cheap music. If it means that the artists have to lose money until a fair system of distributing intellectual property is set up, then I'm okay with that. What does it matter if it's legal? Go to wal-mart and buy something legally that was made in a third-world country for an inhuman wage and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I'd rather break the law and screw a millionaire out of 30 cents then work within it and perpetuate exploitation somewhere else.

@Cyclotron: "System requirements": You gotta have a computer running Windows, MacOS, or Linux, or able to emulate one of those OS well enough to run a small downloader program. Then, you have Plain Old MP3 files with which you can do whatever you damn well please.

ylocav - "you missed the important part he said"Eh. I still say they "blew it off". The article is clearly biased and a little whacked out. AllofMp3.com shouldn't even be in there if they're going to disregard comparing eMusic as "unfair" (isn't comparing AlofMp3.com unfair? Hello?), when AllofMp3.com isn't even trying to play by the same rules as the others. That should be the "footnote/asterix" and not eMusic. WTF, indeed. I'm sure someone outside of legal jurisdiction for the content/software producers could create a "great" store for a lot of things. Usually they're called warez sites or operate solely inside China.
