I'd like to see Google Sidebar on Linux. GNOME currently lacks a sidebar-type program.

Google desktop search for Linux is a good thing. What I don't understand is how a company like google can not make their google toolbar's bookmark for 64 bit work. That's right toolbar's bookmarks do not work with 64 bit. Guess what, I just tried downloading the desktop search, when I clicked the .dep file, it said ........ "Error: Wrong architecture. i 386".The Desktop search doesn't work with 64 bit. Anyways I still welcome the desktop search on Linux from google. Hopefully they will eventually release the 64 bit version. Google knows world is moving towards 64 bit ......
