Great idea, though a bit draconian with such short access periods and long punishments. The university is doing too much heavy lifting on behalf of the recording industry, which could toss in a carrot of their own with download credits earned for each perfect copyright test. That would balance the responsibilities better and do a lot to remove the evil reputation RIAA et al have brought on themselves over the past few years.
