So if our companies and our citizens can't afford it, that means our government can afford it? Last I checked the government was burying itself in further debt. I wouldn't plan on the government lowering costs without lowering the level of service either.

But you will notice that she paid her own loan off rather than pay off her other debts. When she loaned herself the money - the first thing she did when everyone donated was to pay that debt off. Too bad about everyone else.
