you do realize we have 3 branches in the government? i can't wait for a democrat to take office and then hear the neocons start crying about executive powers and the need to restore checks and balances.

They already did that when Lyndon Johnson sent 500,000 troops to Viet Nam. That's why we have a War Powers Act today.
