politico.com — Seriously, WTF: The Clinton campaign puts out a response from Maggie Williams, which doesn't respond to the question of whether a staffer was circulating the photo of Obama in Somali garb, instead: "If Barack Obama's campaign wants to suggest that a photo of him wearing traditional Somali clothing is divisive, they should be ashamed."

The reason they made an issue of it, was wanting to perpetuate idea of Obama being Muslim. And so it goes.....;-)

@nitesmokethe fun part is when obama's camp notes this is the tactic she is using Hillary's camp tries to spin the Obama camp's claim that being shown wearing "traditional Somali clothing" would be divisive is itself racist... that's some well thought out entrapment right there. But hey... at least she's a better liar than Bush.

The Drudge Report said it was a Clinton staffer. The source of the photo to many said where it came from. That good enough for ya?

She also counts on Americans being too stupid to see through her blatant gutter tactics.

SOURCES PLEASE??1.) On day 1 of this story breaking, several Clinton top-notchers (including Maggie) made a clear NON-DENIAL. Worse yet, they did not even denounce 'anyone else' who may have done it. ...so they avoided answering a simple question: did you did this? ...and they avoided the secondary question: is it wrong to play on people's fears regarding race/religion?2.) By Day 2 of newscycle, we have Hilary saying that she has no knowledge of this happening. Read: "I did not have sexual relations with that woman...Monica Lewinsky."3.) Even now, the HRC machine is not acknowledging that this photo has any racial/religious messages attached to it. (They should not only acknowledge it, they should decry it--and say 'shame' on the folks that did it...which is themselves, of course.) I think it's very telling that the clinonistas are so ready to point out how there's so many pictures of Hilary herself wearing 'local dress'. (There point is: "so what's the big deal?") There is a huge difference between the photos of her, a blonde white woman dressed in 'foreign garb', and of Obama, a black man--who some falsely fear of being a dangerous Muslim-- wearing foreign, African, "Muslim-looking" clothing. The fact that the HRC won't even acknowledge #3 is all the more telling. ...This came from her camp. And I don't excuse her if she had no knowledge of it personally. This came from her organization...and she can't control crap like this, I certainly don't want her trying to run my country.

Unfortunately, we forget that many of those voters were 'that stupid'...I mean, for crying out loud, how else does this moron Bush steal TWO elections? It has to be close for them to steal it. The good thing is there's a lot of people who learned from that stupid mistake.
