Thank you for reminding me about Miguel Estrada--the person who should have had a shot at the Supreme Court--obviously denied his own court appointment because the left did not want him positioned to be in line for the Supreme Court.What total hypocrites infest the left.
The other infuriating thing about Estrada was when they discovered the memo Teddy Kennedy wrote that essentially said that they had to block his promotion because he was too smart and Latino and they couldn't take a chance that he would succeed.What did the media get riled about? That someone read and released the memo. If you found such a memo regarding Solomayor with Jeff Sessions' signature on it, I have a feeling the headline would not be that someone peeked at his mail.
