seattletimes.nwsource.com — The city could save as much as $58,000 a year, officials said, by not purchasing bottled water for events or water-cooler jugs for its workers. "When you look at the cost of bottled water, both in terms of financial costs and costs on the environment, it's a pretty clear choice that using city water is a much better choice."

Keep drinking that fluorinated tap water it's good for you. Never mind fluoride is the first ingredients in rat poison. Never mind only North America does it. It's all good. Yes anyone who does not drink fluoride is crazy. Don't let conspiracy theorist do what they did to cigarettes and prove that it's bad for you.

Well... I'd debate that by saying that I think that most people do not know there is no difference between bottled and tap. As for me... I never fell for the bottled water BS.. except when in Brasil. But that is a different story. It has even blown my mind that so many people are stupid enough to buy cartons of small bottles of the stuff for several times more than the same product costs in gallon jugs on another shelf. I has electrolytes you dorks!

Another victory for the Think Outside the Bottle campaign!! Join the fight against the corporate control of our nation’s water supply. Take the pledge today. Google Think Outside the Bottle to find out more about this grassroots movement.

This effort is part of the Think Outside the Bottle campaign, a national, grassroots campaign focused on fighting the corporate control of our nation?s water supply. The decision made by the Seattle Mayor to not support the bottled water industry is a huge victory for the campaign. The focus is not about the money saved, but rather the support for the movement. $58,000 may not be a huge portion of a city budget, but it is a ridiculous sum of tax dollar being wasted on a needless product. Take the pledge to fight corporate control of water today. Google Think Outside the Bottle to find out more about the movement.
