You're alittle off:1. Develop/Further IPTV/VoIP2. Acquire Scientific Atlanta (set-top boxes)3. Become "consumer friendly"4. Partner with IPTV/VoIP Providers (already very close with most ISPs)5. Profit when the technologies mature and you have a vast majority of marketshare
