You state the truth and think you're being sarcastic. We'd still be ruled by the English if our government wasn't successful. You remember how the GOP kept pushing the line "Freedom isn't free" when we went to war in Iraq? Well, it turns out they were right. Freedom isn't free. You have to pay your taxes in order to participate in a free country.
Paying your taxes is the most patriotic thing a citizen can do. It means you still believe in this country and the people living in it. Chris Tucker was cheating his country. He can make up for it by paying his fair share.

There is a huge difference between paying taxes as a middle class citizen and paying taxes as someone that makes millions at a time. A lot of times they can find better, cheaper alternatives that take so long that the IRS gets on you like this.

I worked at H&R Block one tax season as an office worker, found out that you can go up to 3 years without paying taxes and not have a problem. I do believe that there is an interest applied to any fees if you'd have to pay (but not to the amount if you'd get a refund).

I like how you're so quick to respond as to what I'd be "the first" to "cry about." I've never called the police in my life, and I never will, because they're completely useless, unless it comes to investigating crimes, intimidating people, or f**king up your day. I'm perfectly happy providing for my own protection, and in situations where that fails, the police are too slow anyway. They're simply a business feeding off the public.
This is just your first example, I'm not wasting my time going through the rest. But I'd also like to point out that my comment was directed specifically at income tax, not all taxes. There is a distinction. Income tax is unconstitutional, and the government does NOT have a right to my money before I do. I should not OWE money for MAKING money. And then, as I spend my money, pay additional taxes. We pay taxes on top of taxes. Every time money passes hands the government gets to dip into the pot. It is far out of control.
