At least its not designed to fail, which seems to be the issue so many "better" governments. Communism, socialism, they've never lasted. What's better? Anarchy?

First they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew. Then they came for the Communists and I did not speak out because I was not a Communist. Then they came for the trade unionists and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me. Pastor Martin Niemöller I may not be a Democrat but I am an American. Thank you, Senator Dodd, for speaking out for me.

Except that when Qwest Communications was asked to participate in this like the other phone companies, their CEO said "No Way, This isn't legal" Granting these companies immunity gives them complete future protection & from ever having to reveal the extent of the spying. This Warrant-less wiretapping issue is not one that should be buried forever. That is the point of fact here.
