I see two distinct possibilities here. 1. He is some kind of photo-vampire. Instead of the ubiquitous mirror disappearances and the on-the-fly tests by vampire hunters that accompany them, vampires are now photo-immune. 2. He has seen the video from The Ring. Scientifically, I think the first option holds more merit. - Scott

C'mon - wheres the suspension of disbelief?! I mean don't some of really *wish* it could happen? wouldn't it be kinda cool? Makes me wonder what his passport pic looks like...Think of the advantages:1. Those traffic cameras could never prove you ran the light2. Family photos - Hey - Where's Xiangting?!3. Girls gone wild videos - Honey I swear I wasn't there!4. Ferris Bueller moments anyone?5. Redeye? Never!
