Is this the great sums of money China is holding over Americans heads. The Americans gave it to them? Wow, and to think all China has to do is call it in to fold the American economy. Telling an American war ship to stick it, is only a trivial task for them.

I guess many of Americans only like the bad news about China. Any advance of this nation may be either a steal of tech from the West or a propaganda of Chinese government. I thought most diggers are liberals but why you guys can have a more fair attitude toward a nation whose people are really friendly to you in nature. China has a lot of troubles but a lot of developments too. Don't simply politicize anything in China. A local development like this underwater museum is nothing more than an investment activity for someone to make money. Nothing more or less.
